Playbacking through device doesn't work

Untitled.thumb.png.b00bffff8680912fcae5f0d497c00650.pngI want to get my audio to my another pc so that It's hearable on stream.I am runnning a double PC - Streaming setup - connected by an Elgato.I can hear for example music that I run on my streaming pc but not the audio that is coming from the gaming pc.the audio bars move,but the sound is not hearable
