I mean if you can reach $1000 you can do so much more

I am thinking to get a budget rig now and slowly uppgrade, I am thinking to get a 1050 ti and later uppgrade

and I want the pc to look good whit a black and white coolor team. I do not like the evga 1060 for exampel

The 1600 would be better, and the stock cooler that comes with it has good performance and is quiet.

Thats not particularly cost effective, just get the best setup you can right now and stick with it for a year/2 years etc

I think I will only stick to an intel core i5, but know any of you a good cooler to it

It is definately worth double, triple checking that you are getting the right components for you and what you will use the PC for.
