First Build, Need advice

Dears,

this is my first build, i have got the below items, can you tell me what's remaining except for CPU, GPU and RAM ? is there any fans, cables,... etc missing ?

 

also do i need to buy thermal material for the CPU cooling ? i will use xeon e-5 1660 V4

What CPU/GPU/RAM are you getting? also 1600 Watt is overkill for almost anything

Is there a reason you've chosen the Xeon e5 1660 V4 over the 8700k or R7 1700X?

This question can only answered by a very niche selection of the community. Honestly I must say good luck as I have no idea how to balance Xeon/Epyc-class builds.
