"My problem is when I OC"

Hi, I recently bought a new pc with the following parts:

-Ryzen 3 1200

-Msi b350m pro gaming BIOS(version 2.7)

-2x4GB ddr4 2666 MHz ram

-Gtx 960 2GB

-240gb SSD

-EVGA GQ 650

I have tried the boost to 3.5GHz, OC to 3,7 at 1,275V and 4GHz at 1,35V. all these were stable. But then I shut down my pc and turn it on again after maybe an hour, it runs at 1,3 GHz.

The only troubleshooting that has worked for me is to reboot - back to auto (3.1GHz) - turn the pc on - reboot again to do the OC, and it works...

I haven't been able to spot people on the internet with similar problems yet, so know I'm writing to this community because I believe that there are some pro dudes here :)

Thanks :)

I found out there could be a bug with the CPU multiplier, and someone suggested me using another program for OC. I now use MSI command center for OC and it works, I haven't (yet) discovered any problems.

but I will try this out for a week maybe, and come back to tell if it's solved :-)

my OC now is 3.8GHz stable at 1.275V
