Flickering in video

Hello, i was out filming yesterday whit my Sony A6300 and Sigma 30mm f1.4. One the video its flickering both when i film in 1080 (120fps) and 4k (24fps), so i wonder, is something that you can correct in post? And why? i know that some lights makes this but it dosent look like its because of the light haha. Help is greatly (a nice word here i dont know how to spell).
