b350 gaming pro ez debug cpu

I am currently building a brand new pc. I realized that the debug cpu light goes off when booting and when i fill the ram slots up, 2 of them, it shows the dram light. I was wondering if its a bios issues since I read up on people having the same issue. It also does not post at all.
