Hey there guys,

I have an Asus Strix GTX 1080 GPU (8gb), and recently I have noticed that when I play GTA V (highest settings), at times the FPS would fluctuate between 30-60 and would last for a good 30-40mins and then later becomes normal again. initially, i thought this was a one-off, but it seems to happen quite often now. The temp of my GPU at this time this occurs is around 60-67C.

Does that mean my GPU is Throttling?

Please let me know whats happening.
