for the price https://pcpartpicker.com/guide/gRbtt6/budget-vr-gaming-build this one is better, but overall the other one has a 5% better CPU and a bigger case, in practice they are the same, I would pick this https://pcpartpicker.com/guide/gRbtt6/budget-vr-gaming-build if I had to choose one, and buy it now because of black friday deals!!!

Please don't argue with me, I am just trying to help, or be helped. (we are all humans right?)

Because newegg prices were slightly higher, I downgraded the case, but if you want the apevia one, that's the newegg link for it:

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811144295&ignorebbr=1&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker, LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

It'll do the same job, the avepia one is better-built and better-looking. It's your budget, I dunno.

There's about 40 dollars in Mail-in-rebates in that cart (2 items)

http://images10.newegg.com/uploadfilesfornewegg/rebate/SH/GIGABYTE13-128-980Nov26Nov2817nm13us.pdf

Bringing the total down to $537.93 - 40 in rebates = 497.93 with a cheaper case

The Apevia is 30 dollars more, but there's a 10 dollar mail-in-rebate, meaning the difference is +20 dollars.
