I am making a new gaming/rendering pc. Every component is now selected. All I was confused about was storage. I was thinking of buying a Samsung 850 Evo 512GB for OS and app storage.

Next I was thinking of buying an external hard drive enclosure, which will configure my drives in RAID 10 automatically. I was thinking of buying four 1 TB WD RED hard drives. However, these small capacity ones have 5900 rpm speed. For 7200 rpm speed, I would be forced to buy high capacity ones, which also cost more. No point. So just to ask- will four 1 TB WD RED 5900 rpm drives perform very good, and the slower speed will be accounted for by the RAID configuration?

One more thing- I was looking for an enclosure, and I did find one. However, it says it supports Windows 7. I think that since such enclosures are driverless, will it work in Windows 10? Or are these enclosures run by drivers (I still doubt it)? The enclosure is the Rosewill RSV-S5 (https://www.newegg.com/global/in/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16816132015).

Should I altogether go for such a setup? Or should I rather put an Intel SSD 750 series 800GB or two 800GB drives in RAID 0? Or can I even put them in RAID 0? Next I might take a 2TB HDD for system backup.

Please tell what to do.
