As I was doing research on a budget pc I found this

So what is the difference

One is made for small form factor pcs and the other is made for normal size allowing it to have 2 fans meaning better cooling at better oc.

the more expensive has better cooling

but its not worth the price jump. they will perform the same. the more expensive one will be more silent and it will oc better but not much because pascal has locked voltage.
