motherboard audio problems

it is acting like i keep unpluging and pulging some =thing back it and iam not getting audio from my speakers or headset and i have tried redownloading the audio driver and that didnt help

Could be a issue with the 3.5mm jack? So the issue is a weird reverb/audio file crackling?

have you  tried the rear port?

Have you checked the default sound devices on windows?

Its very possible that the jack is faulty.

i have use the top and back and thet were just working earlry today

it shows it playing but i cant hear it in either my speakers or headset

I have the same problem with my asus p7p55d-e. It has a VIA audio chip and it is just bad! I uninstalled the Via audio driver and windows handles it fine, but i am also running on digital (SPDIF). Maybe try getting a decend external amp?
