Java RPG Help with initialization

Hey guys, I'm working on a java assignment for school. Anyone able to help get the initialization correct so that the game stars up?

The project was done in netbeans. So the project files are in the .zip

If you don't have netbeans you can just go into the src folder though and go to the main file which is EternalDungeon.java which is the main.
