Internet sometimes doesnt work

I have Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and for some reason sometimes my 4G internet decides just stop working (it happens very rarely tho).

 

I searched for the problem and finally my phone operator said that sometimes software lags and you need to restart the phone. Indeed, that works everytime, my only concern is this normal or something is wrong with my phone?

 

My phone was not too long ago (about a month ago or so) in the service, because it still has warranty and everytime they check every single thing on the phone and they said that my internet is just fine.

 

So, is this normal behavior?

I restart my phone every time I update apps, and that seems to keep most of these small issues away.
