TV Screen Colors Broken

Whenever I set my TV to the native resolution my screen's color breaks, but whenever I increase the resolution to above Native it is fixed but, whenever the resolution is native or below the color breaks. I tried changing the HDMI cable but, it didn't seem to work. I believe it may be the port on my graphics card, but I have no way of testing it. I tried screenshotting the broken monitor, but whenever I bring the image to my working monitor the screenshot is normal.
