PC help

Hello,

A few days ago I went to get a pc but when we were on the way he called to say he was updating Windows but when we got there it went wrong and wouldn't boot into Windows. Do you know why, what would be an easy fix.

Sorry I was going to buy a PC and when we were on our way, he called to say it was updating, then when we got there PC wouldn't boot, that was Tuesday and he says he cant fix it. Should i wait or look else where.

It's not a problem tomorrow I'm getting a different pc with a gtx1050ti instead of an hd7970.
