help Some computer problems

My computer runs idle at around 30° and when gaming around 50° randomly in games my display will have no signal and my GPU fan will speed up to 100%.

My specs:

Intel i5-6400
Asus - H110M-A
Corsair-8GB
2TB HDD
Evga GTX 1060
Corsair 400c case

400w PSU (no brand(From mesh))
LG-29UM29 29"

Notes:

• I always update drivers.
• I have done an RMA 2 times already.
• I have tried to add another monitor and both the monitors disconnect.

what have you done an rma on?

Did you RMA the mobo? Are you using up all the system RAM? i dont think you should be using 400W of power with your setup, but if its not a high end one, it could have problems outputting  the power needed for extended amounts of time due to instability under high loads, or heat. Do you have GPU boost 2.0 on? if so maybe the gpu is ramping up too high and pulling too much power?
