When i record in obs studio, i record 1080p 60fps.

I have a Water cooled GTX 1070 with a Water cooled i7 6700k.

And i can record just fine, no lag and no stutter what so ever.

My bit rate is 3500 and i use no down or upscaling, i also use my GRAPHICS card to record.

BUT when i am going to re watch the recorded clips it seems like video is stuttering like crazy.(like its recorded in like 50-45 fps)

I uploaded it to youtube to see if it was my pc but in youtube it has the same stutter.

My monitor has a refresh rate of 72hz.

Yet again i use no weird futures and i have tested it on a hhd and ssd with the same result.

I really don't know what to do at this point, i reinstalled obs, reset my settings and updated my drivers with no success.

The only thing I could suggest is not recording with your graphics card in obs.  There is a setting in obs that asks what components you want stressed when recording/streaming, I just can't remember where.  Using r5/rx 460 4gb, mine doesn't stutter when I choose the least cpu intensive option, try that?
