Hi,

I bought a used XPS 15 laptop about 4 months ago. It worked as I wanted it to and I've had no problems with it up until now. I use it play CS: GO quite a bit and last night I started to have terrible fps. Before that, I had about 100fps average on the game and know I have barely 15. First I thought that I had some heat problems because my fans were not spining when I was gaming and so I downloaded Open Hardware Monitor. It turned out that my components where running at a decent 65 celcius when gaming but my GPU was barely doing work. The usage was at 12% on the GPU core, 6% on the memory controller, 0% on the video engine and 23% on the GPU memory when gaming. When I open up a game, it peaks at 100% because of my NVIDIA control panel settings but it goes to this usage in about 5 seconds. My CPU usage is normal too, it reaches 40 to 50% usage when gaming.

I downloaded the most recent drivers on GeForce experience and I don't know what to do anymore.

Thank you very and have a great day
