Posted November 3, 2017 Hello, I have android phone which I have been using with my earphones for more than a month. Suddenly my they stopped working together. Phone won't recognize them and acts like there is nothing in the jack. Earphones work - tested PC and different phone. Phone jack is ok - tested with headphones and different earphones. Tried restart, turning off, keeping it off for a while and turn on again. I don't want to factory restart the phone. No actualizations or new apps installed since it last worked. Phone uses it's speakers instead of recognizing earphones 4 hours ago, Walt said: I had have the same problem.
