You shouldn't leave the stock cooler with the 8320 and the ram is quite tall which might run into aftermarket heatsink issues.

Why a full tower? I'd recommend getting a modular psu.

Should be OK. Just get a modular PSU and Hyper 212 EVO.

my room is cold and my pc will be right beside the window anyway, i'll save up for a custom loop within a month or so. i found that other mid tower cases have been too small, i don't like that

If you're going custom loop, you should be getting a better 990fx mobo and at least a 8350.

I'd also bump up the psu if you're doing any serious oc'ing (which you should). http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/antec-power-supply-hcg850m

modular psu expensive right now for some odd reason..

Well worth the money. Even in your case it would be a pain in the ass to hide the cables and if you were to cut them you would void the warranty. This PSU will be fine for your build and it's cheaper: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-power-supply-cx600m. If you want to CFX later on, get this: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-120pg0750gr

I'd just go with a single gpu. http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/2gvvr

Most people who plan to sli/cf end up just going with a single better card later anyway.
