SSHD has a few gigs of SSD cache.

its has a ssd for cache.its not faster than a HDD(in copy-paste stuff) BUT it doesn`t have to be.couse its more responsive.you don`t move big files all day long no? its has very low access time,close to ssds on programs you use.and thats what gives the ssd its 'speed' .things will work faster. boot,browser,games load time stored on it and so on...its just better with it.

 

and the super nice thing about SSHD`s is that it boost all programs/games on it .not just like a 120 gig SSD with OS and some stuff
