I recently just bought the Razer Kraken 7.1 v2 it's a great headset but the mic is very sensitive i have turned down the mic volume to 50% in windows but i can't click apply only ok so it doesn't stay at 50% it then changes itself back to 100% which is when everyone can hear my mouse clicks etc. if anyone has a fix or a link to a thread where its been resolved please let me know thank you.

It might be worth it to download Razer Synapse to change sensitivity. I must tell you though, that it's normal for the headset to pick up these sounds so don't expect anything like a *fix* will come out. If you don't like that perhaps other headsets offer better filtering, but I have yet to find one.

the mic sens would be fine if it wouldn't change itself back to 100% in windows sound settings.

Again. Check the Razer software. If you don't want that, turn off software exclusive control in the same panel on the tab right from the mic sensitivity tab.
