Again. Check the Razer software. If you don't want that, turn off software exclusive control in the same panel on the tab right from the mic sensitivity tab.

I recently just bought the Razer Kraken 7.1 v2 it's a great headset but the mic is very sensitive i have turned down the mic volume to 50% in windows but i can't click apply only ok so it doesn't stay at 50% it then changes itself back to 100% which is when everyone can hear my mouse clicks etc. if anyone has a fix or a link to a thread where its been resolved please let me know thank you. :)

It might be worth it to download Razer Synapse to change sensitivity. I must tell you though, that it's normal for the headset to pick up these sounds so don't expect anything like a *fix* will come out. If you don't like that perhaps other headsets offer better filtering, but I have yet to find one.
