Hello! My system has ALWAYS been showing half voltage of what I set in BIOS in all kinds of software. Let's say my voltage is set to 1.200V in BIOS, it will show 0.600V in Windows. 1.390V in BIOS results in 0.656V in Windows.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this? I've tried all the different UEFI BIOS versions, checked for bent pins etc... but nothing. I know it's not a problem, but I'm curious to why this is happening. Talked with several other X79-Deluxe owners, and they've never seen this. Attaching pics below.
