Do I have backlight bleed?

I just received this monitor here > https://au.pcpartpicker.com/product/ttnG3C/acer-monitor-xb271hubmiprz and it has what appears to be a lot of backlight bleed, but when NOT on a black screen it is only a little bit noticable in the bottom right corner. When I change my physical viewing angle by moving my head to the bottom left, it looks normal. I have heard of "IPS glow". Could it be that? Is there a fix?

That is IPS glow.
