Windows Service Errors corresponding with black screen issue

Hey lads, I have been having an issue when I play a game and then tab out causing my screen to go black and my monitor saying no signal. I'm forced to restart the PC using the power button on my case. I see the event viewer and service control manager id 7000, 7009 and 7022. Any ideas on a fix and is this the problem in the first place? Thanks heaps in advance sorry if this is worded poorly
