Okay so I have a second phone, which I'm sure most people do , but there's one problem I've been having that is driving me crazy, I can only make calls when the network mode switches to 4g, like I can dial a number and I already know if I'm gonna connect or not, because if it stays on LTE the call won't ring the person's phone, on if it goes to 4g then it works fine, can anyone tell me what the problem may be and how to fix it
