Corsair H115i crazy temp on Bios

I just install my Corsair H115i on my i7-7700k cpu. When I start my PC it shows CPU fan error. About 40s after turning on the CPU temper reaches 100 degrees. And PC automatically shutdown.

CPU: i7-700k

CPU cooler: Corsair H115i

GPU: msi gtx 1080 gaming x

Motherboard: Asus Maximum hero IX

PSU: EVGA 850 BQ+

Is the pump/fans plugged in and running?

Did you take off the plastic on the AIO?

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

My fans are running, the RGB is running but the pump is not why. And neither my BIOS nor the Corsair Link detected the h115i or the pump. There is only one internal USB header on my motherboard, USB1314.
