onboard on/off + reset switch problem..

i'm getting a new build but i'm putting it on a test bench not a case. I was just wondering, if a mobo doesn't have the power and reset buttons on the board itself... how am i supposed to turn it on and stuff?

there is the cable from the case look where it's supposed to be plugged in a short circuit it .....this is what I understood from videos

i use a screw driver to turn on my system i just complete the circuit on the front panel connection

As long as you dont touch anything but the pins, you should be fine

It isnt dangerous.

Ive done it a ton of times.

Ive also seen linus doing it on the NCIX channel as well as the Linus tech channel.

I once went around 4 month without connecting the front panel and was turning my PC on this way every time.
