I just ripped an anime and I need to organize it so it looks nice when I try to find it later.  I want to change one of the audio tracks names, since for some reason they are both labeled English, then change the names of the subs so I know which ones are the full and which ones are for the signs.  Then I would like to change the subs colors because they are those huge ugly yellow subs that no one likes.

What programs do I use to do this? I tried xmedia encoder to change the audio title, but it would only let me keep one of the subtitle files, then if I try extracting a sub file using the same program to recombine later with handbrake, xmedia just closes without doing anything during the encode.
