Suggestions for High RR 1440p monitors

Currently using Samsung S22C350 on the following build:

I7-4790k (OC to 4.2GHZ) on Z87-HD3, 16GB DDR3, 500GB 850 Evo SSD, 1TB WD Blue, Gigabyte GTX 1070, Corsair CS650. 

 

Looking for suggestions for High Refresh Rate (100, 120, 144 Hz) 1440p monitors that wont cost more than USD 300. Links for places to buy will be much appreciated.
