Pc making odd noise

So my pc has been making an odd noise i am not sure where it comes from if i had to guess i would guess hard drive or fan bearing

         Here is a sound clip of the noice my pc makes (sorry for vertical recording) and when this happened i was watching youtube videos doing nothing demanding for the hard drive and my hard drive has been working well before and after this happened
