Hello gang!

I'm having problems with the memory side of my PC. Basically, my rig keeps experiencing random BSODs (sometimes), a lot of random hanging when I go to shut down/restart, and some random errors every now and then. I've literally no idea as to why it's happening other than possible defective RAM or incorrect BIOS settings. I've tried running MemTest86 and it spat out an error. I didn't finish the whole test as I really couldn't be bothered to wait any longer after almost two hours.

I've made a Google Drive folder to all the info you may need. Please give me a shout if you need more info, I'll be happy to provide it.

Ta!
-Dan

1. right off the bat i would say to reset your bios settings back to default with Clear CMOS button or within the bios itself

2. there is a bios update available for your mobo https://www.asus.com/ca-en/Motherboards/P8Z77V_LX/HelpDesk_BIOS/

3. try changing the slots in which your RAM is on the motherboard - sometimes it can be a bad slot

4. also try using just a single stick of ram to see if the issue persists

theres not quick way to solve this - it will take patience
