Bent Turtle Beaches Plug

Ok so a couple days ago I went to go play playstation and I grabbed my headphones and I went to play them into my DS4 ( Dual Shock 4 ) Controller and I look and it’s bent.

If I buy a replacement 3.5mm jack and cut the end off of the turtle beaches and solder the wires to the new jack will it carry the microphone audio?

If you get all the right jacks and stuff, yeah it should.

Just remember there are a bunch of different 3.5mm jacks to choose from. Get the right one.

What do u mean like 1/8 or like 1/4 or is there something different and if possible could u link me to a one that would work

for mic and headset is 4-pole plug like this:

 

 

you will need to look for the pinout for your headset
