Linus desk front IO?

Done a bit of searching and can't seem to find any answers other than building it my self.
What sort of front IO did linus (or anyone else for that matter) use on his desk pc. Or can anyone recommend a good product?

Things i need areSwitches, lights, USB 3, DVD drive, SD car reader

 

My design is a little different, wooden top so not too concerned about the look of cable.

For panel mounted ports and switches you can get ones such as theses and fit them as needed.

For other such as SD card readers and DVD drive that would just need an apporiate cutout to accommodate it.
