Weird Restarting Error

Every time I restart my Laptop I get a Error message and windows then acquires error information. 

Windows then restarts the system again and everything works fine? No such occurrence when I do a standard shut-down. 

 

Any idea anyone? I was thinking a driver problem but I updated my one out of date graphics driver and still have the same problem.
