How broken is youtube?

So I love the film/game theorists channel(s), so I was checking them out and this is what I saw, is youtube going downhill, I mean I never get a notification for Linus's pre-streams even though every time I go over to his channel I check to see if the bell icon is still checked. What the hell youtube

Those are when that video was uploaded, not when the episode came out

You circled "1 week ago" and "4 days ago" even though those episodes of the show are from years ago, I'm just saying that "4 days ago" etc is when that video was uploaded to youtube, not when the original was released.

See, that actual rick and morty episode came out one day after it was released. And the date of the upload is the time it was originally released.

But yes, you're not the only one who's reported notification issues with youtube over the last while.  It's a rather common problem actually.

Yeah, problems with youtube are part of the reason LTT's replacing it with floatplane, at least for themselves and a few others
