Windows explorer keeps restarting ( not the PC )

Hi guys.... i need some help, so after my friend reformatted his laptop, and uninstalling away some unwanted programs, this keeps happening all of sudden. Any idea ? Thanks

Are all of the drivers up to date?

Currently majoring in computer networking. That's about it yeah. Not much goes on in my life.

could you list the programs installed in the PC? he could have uninstalled something but it didnt uninstall properly and still hiding in the registry that might be causing windows explorer to crash.

These are the programs installed in his laptop. When he reformated his laptop there's a few things that we uninstall which is something like ( Control ActiveX de Windows Live Mesh para conexiones remotas ) and others similar stuff which is not in English but Arabian words and Chinese words.

check the event viewer when a crash happens. it should give some details about the crash. probably an error code. should be either under application or system.

Sorry for the late reply, thanks for your info I will try it when my friend brings his laptop to class next time.
