Graphic driver problems

So no matter what driver version I install i get a blue screen (error atikmdag.sys) in my sister notebook and I have to boot into safe mode use ddu to unninstall and without the driver the PC i pretty useless for my sister to play some games nothing to heavy.

It's an HP G62-a40sp runs a 5470 hd mobile and it used to run the 16.2.1 beta driver since it was the only one capable of being able of switching graphics so games could run with the 5470 and suddendly started giving the blue screen.

Even installed drivers from the HP site, from windows update don't know what else to do
