So about a week ago I started having some really strange loading issues.

Every site that uses Cloudflare is extremely slow to load and content on those sites essentially refuse to load. This is unfortunately only the beginning of the strange events.

My desktop that is hardwired to my modem loads everything completely fine. No problems with any kind of site.

My wireless devices are the only devices having this issue.

All wireless devices load Google/Youtube perfectly fine and I can stream 1080P/60FPS live content no problem over wireless without any frame drops so I know it isn't my router dying. However, if I try to load something like soundcloud or crunchyroll which both use Cloudflare, it takes 45-50 seconds just to load the page completely. Streaming content off of those sites has proven impossible.

I have reset my modem/router.

I disabled all firewalls.

I have tried different DNS

I have flushed DNS

I have powercycled everything

I have cleaned out all log files

I tried changing IP address/swapping IPV4s

nothing works.

Also, keep in mind it affects all wireless devices including our phones.

Quite frankly I am out of ideas.

If anyone has anything that I haven't tried please let me know. This is really frustrating.

Do you use any type of VPN? I find that sometimes my VPN is the cause of it for me.

So Youtube streaming works fine, but Crunchyroll and Soundlcoud. I've never had a problem with Crunchyroll, however, that site was always slower than anything I frequently visited. https://www.reviewhell.com/blog/cloudflare-makes-websites-slower/

Cloudflare is not what they advertise it to be. For your problem, what ISP do you have? I've noticed a specific change in response time for certain sites when compared to Communistcast (sorry, I mean Comcast) vs Spectrum. Even if they were the same rated service speed. It's not your home network. If it was, then you would be having more problems than what you listed. What you could do to confirm anything is to do a traceroute command and see where the latency is coming from. Either from the sites themselves or from your ISP. https://www.pluralsight.com/blog/it-ops/troubleshoot-ping-traceroute
