Fan not working properly

I just got the Acer Aspire  E5-523G-90QW. When i turned it on the CPU fan was acting weird. It is set to ramp up the speed when CPU usage goes up and not when the temperature goes up. I can't seem to find a way to change it from CPU usage to CPU temperature. Any help will be greatly appreciated. *edit Mainly happens when i open an application or start a download

Usually when the usage goes up, temps go up.. so I am sure its working as expected. If not, you can download speedfan and set it up as most systems like this usually have restrictions in the BIOS to prevent you from changing some things.
