Looking for a Good USB 3 HUB recomendations

Hey guys I working on  building a new PC desk and one of the things I want to do is build a USB hub into the desk.  I need something that can put full power to every port.  I have 3 power hungry Razer Peripherals and would like to be able to charge phones and tablets on the other port all at the same time.  

 

Need at least 5 ports or more.  

Need to send full power to all ports, even if all are in use.

USB 3.0 or 3.1 (It can be some combinations of the of 2 3.0 3.1)  

 

Suggestions?  Looking for real world experience.  I find that packages and spec sometimes lie.

I would imagine you're looking for something along the lines of this unit. https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00VE4UJD4/ I don't personally own one, so haven't tested it thoroughly to determine exact potential, but the power output should be sufficient for a few devices, especially given I have its little brother ( https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00O0KYMRI ) and am able to run 2 external 2.5" HDDs, some USB3 speed storage sticks, phone charging and an Afterglow360 controller from it simultaneously (while transferring data).
