So when I got home from work and called up my mate he told me that he couldn't hear him. So i went and checked windows as well as discord settings, and everything looked fine. But then i noticed that in windows sound options, there were no little green bars telling me that sound was going into the microphone. I have tried to remove drivers and reinstall, and even another headset. I made sure it wasn't turned off on the usb dongle and I even tried my brother's headset on my pc, (also a HyperX Cloud II). The only way I can make my mic work is if I only use the jackstick, but then I don't have any sound. Maybe some of you guys can help?
Thanks in advance :)

you have tried in device manager and set it as your standard mic?

ask me about your system builds, AIO's, CPU's, PSU's, and GPU's.

I think something is wrong in the setting because within 2 years you won't expect 2 headsets to die

ask me about your system builds, AIO's, CPU's, PSU's, and GPU's.

if you go to volume(left under)} recording devices} do you see your headset  NO: try another USB port. YES: go to leves and look if it is on 100%

ask me about your system builds, AIO's, CPU's, PSU's, and GPU's.
