Ill give it a try. Im gonna have alot of moving stuff and thought it would be easier in AE

How is it with Premiere?  I often find it's easier or just simpler with chroma keying in Premiere than AE.  Chroma Keying in AE requires a lot of work, especially since AE is designed for compositing rather than video editing.  You can do more in AE for keying than in Premiere, but I have yet to encounter a project where that was the case (at least for me).  There's a whole discussion(s) on CreativeCow about this, you can go there and ask/participate and learn.

Try changing the replace method to hard color instead of soft color...

Looks slightly better. Just can't seem to get it right.

Do you need to do the chroma keying in AE?  Why not in Premiere?  In AE, with keylight you really need to play with all the settings.

My final output is in Black and White anyway so it looks good enough and definitely easier in PP than AE. I'll take a look on CreativeCow in the future. Thanks for your help.
