Enable G-Sync for VMWare?

So I wanted to play some older games that don't run on Windows 10 so I installed VMware and slapped a copy of Windows XP on it but the gaming experience isn't quite good enough. Sure the games run fine but there's no option for working Vsync and gsync doesn't seem to work at all. I tried adding mks.vsync=1 to the config but that didn't seem to change anything and forcing it via nvinspector didn't seem to work either.

 

Anyone know of a way to force it to work? I know there's probably no way but I might aswell try.
