I have 2 TV's that I can currently use, the first is a TFT LCD with a backlight that's not LED, The plus side of this TV is it's 1920x1080 and 47 inches, the down side is the audio is pretty sub par and the contrast ratio is only 1100:1. On the flip side I have my old PDP Plasma display, which is 42 inches and the only down side is it's resolution which is 854x480. It can output 720P though and actually looks like 720P or better using what I'm guessing is very good downscaling and the contrast ratio is 5000:1 and it looks so much cleaner with no ghosting where the LCD does have some ghosting also the audio on the plasma screen is amazing.
