gta5 HELP ME PLZ

so i bought gta5 and downloaded the flash mod, the game runs fine but when i use the flash mod it lags 

 

my specs:

Processor    Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700 CPU @ 3.60GHz, 3601 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)

Installed 16.0 GB RAM

GeforceGTX 1060 6GB
 

i do have directX 11 installed btw

plz help me

What is your CPU usage, RAM usage, and GFX usage when you are not using the mod, and the same info when you are?

how do i check that

RAM and CPU would be in task manager, and your GFX card should have software to give you a readout on it depending on the brand (MSI - Afterburner, Asus - GPU Tweak II, ect.)

cpu is 13 percent when im not using and memory is 29 when im not using

thats weird i can run the superman mod fine but not the flash.. wut
