VMware Workstation 99% cpu

Vmware Workstation Pro 12.5.7...win 8.1 (64bit) and 1 cpu with one core, 4GB ram

Hi, i installed in my VM win 8.1(64bit). I tested it with eset Antivirus on my laptop and also without any Antivirus programm on my laptop. I also disable my undervolting. Energyoption were at full potential/power.

My Vm simply has 99% cpu just from starting an internet browser(cant really surf since its 99% cpu). If its on idle and there is no programm running my cpu is low..maybe 5% or so.

I also gave the VM 1 cpu and 4 Core for testing. The result was nearly the same 80% + cpu .

I also tried to install win 10 on my VM with the same results.

My cpu has about 50-60 grad temperature maximum.

I don't really know why i have the problem since i read that people with i5 use their Vm without any problems.
