PREMIERE HELP PLZ

I cant get audio for any of my clips!!!! I do everything. I drag the video from my preview window into my timeline and nothing shows up. I even tried dragging it from the seperate audio button and from the media window! I had originally done CTRL + L to unlink audio and delete it as i didnt need it before and now it wont come back! PLZ HELP ME TARAN!!!

I get that problem all of the time when i try to import files straight from my camera which are AVCHD.

If I transcode them and import them they work perfectly. Have you tried that?
