Hi folks! I always knew I'd find an excuse to sign up for the LTT forum - been a subscriber on that there YouTube for a while now, and have sought advice from time to time from these hallowed pages, but haven't got around to membership yet. I'm shy like that.

 

Anyhoo, just posting here really to see if anyone is/can recommend a firm that can help with some short turnaround software development for the company I work for? Just a thought, seeking the advice of the great hive mind here.

Excellent points all paps. I am, in fact, an idiot.

 

We're based in the UK, though happy to work remotely. Oddly enough, the first use of this software will be in Austin, Texas however if that's any use to people. English speaking, though potential for translations in the future. It's a commercial project so really looking for established people/firms rather building a team remotely or whatever. Timeframe is 5 weeks, which is ludicrously tight I realise - client has come to us with a request, our usual dev guys are too busy to fulfil in time!

What kind of application are we talking about? A webapp or something more low level etc?
