HELP PLEASE!!

I need HELP really bad and I'm dying cause I bought "Friday the 13th the game" from steam two days ago. I have a problem with two games only "Friday the 13th the game" & "Dead by Daylight". The problem is that when ever I start up my game I can't see it but I can hear it. When it also says to "click to continue" I can hear it go to the menu and I can hear my mouse go through the setting but the screen will stay the same. I will send a video to everyone to understand what I'm talking about even better. But I really need help really bad I just want to play my favorite games again so if you know any ways to fix this problem please help me out.

How about just giving it time? It might be loading maps or something like that
